REQUESTS FOR URGENT RADIOLOGICA REPORTING

Request for urgent report can be made directly from the RADIOLOGICA platform

  • These requests will be answered within 12 hours from the date of the request
  • The cost of such a request is obtained by multiplying the credit value by the coefficient 1,6
  • Automatically the system will count the exact value of the credits to be subtracted from the purchased package
  • In this mode of request it will not be possible to choose a radiologist among those indicated; the report will be assigned to a radiologist dedicated to urgencies

ARCHIVE SEARCH WITH X-RAY FILE RETRIEVAL AND DELIVERY VIA PEC

  • Medical report files are present in the reserved area of each subscriber for 3 months.
  • Subsequently they will be archived by RADIOLOGICA and it will be possible to request a file and the relative medical report via mail to info@radiologica-online.com.
  • The request must contain the ID code of the requested file and the name of the doctor/dentist who requests it.
  • The response time for the archive search is 72 hours. the report will be sent to the email address provided at the registration.
