Dear Client/Supplier/visitor, RADIOLOGICA S.R.L., .Company with headquarters in Viale Angeli, 32 - 12100 Cuneo (CN), VAT No 03724400043 as Data Controller, in accordance with the article n. 13 of the EU regulation n. 679/2016 would like to inform you that your data will be processed according to the principles established by the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation EU 679/2016), that is in compliance with the principle of legality correctness, transparency, purpose and conservation limitation, data minimization, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.

SOURCE OF DATA PROCESSED
The Data Controller processes the navigation data and personal data provided spontaneously by the data subject on the occasion of:
- visits to headquarters or phone calls;
- request for quotes or offer proposed;
- previous transactions;
- through the website (compilation of the online registration proposal or the "Contacts" form).
FINALITY AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING DATA
The personal data provided voluntarily by you, will be processed for the following purposes. With regard to navigation data: allow the user to navigate on the website of the Owner; perform statistical research/analyses on aggregated or anonymous data, without the possibility to identify the Visitor, to measure the operation, traffic and interest of the Site; fulfill legal obligations to which the Owner is subject. With regard to personal, identification and contact data::
- In execution of the contract between the person concerned and RADIOLOGICA S.R.L. or in execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the person concerned for:
- carry out administrative and accounting activities closely related to tax and bureaucratic requirements and to the organizational management of the required services;
- exchange information, including pre and post contractual activities;
- provide the requested services and protect the creditor positions deriving from them
- formalize requests for information, prepare quotes or offers, manage negotiations and pre-contractual relationship
- making requests or processing requests received. - By virtue of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller to:
- carry out surveys on the degree of Customer and user satisfaction; - Subject to the consent of the person concerned for:
- sending newsletters and/or advertising and information material relating to Radiologica S.R.L.'s services by ordinary mail, e-mail or fax.
- All e-mail communication contain an "unsubscribe" option in case you want to interrupt communication at any time. Contact us by phone or through the contact form on the website to:

- Modify any of your data in our possession;
- Ask to delete any data in our possession;
- Decide to dissociate yourself from some or all communication coming from the Owner.

DIFFUSION AND COMMUNICATION OF DATA
The personal data processed by the Data Controller will not be diffused, that is it will not be made known to indeterminate subjects, in any possible form, including that of their availability or simple consultation.
The data is communicated to the recipients to the extent strictly necessary in relation to the above objectives. They can be communicated to workers who work for the Owner; in particular according to their roles and tasks some of them have been authorized to process personal data, within the limits of their competence and in accordance with the instructions given.
They can also be communicated, to the strictly necessary extent, to external subjects who collaborate with the Owner and to subjects who for the purpose of processing purchases or other requests or services relating to the transaction or contractual relationship with the Owner, must provide goods and/or perform services. They may also be communicated to the subjects entitled to access it by virtue of legal provisions, regulations and Community regulations.
Finally, the data may be communicated to third parties belonging to the following categories:
- subjects that provide services for the management of the information system used and for the functioning of the Site;
- self-employed professionals, companies in the field of assistance and tax counselling and labor law;
- credit institutions;
- competent authorities for the fulfilment of legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies, on request;
- to the Radiologica S.R.L. Company belonging to the same company of Radiologica S.R.L..
DATA TRANSFER
The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to other country or to international organisations. However, it reserves the right to use cloud services; in which case, the service providers will be selected among those providing adequate guarantees, as required for in art. 46 GDPR 679/16.
PROCESSING AND STORAGE OF DATA
The processing will be carried out in automated and/or manual form, with procedures and instruments designed to ensure maximun security and confidentiality by those who are specifically appointed for this purpose in accordance with article 4 and the principle of accountability of the G.D.P.R.
The Data Controller keeps and processes personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the indicated purposes, or to carry out what has been requested by the user
Subsequently, personal data will be kept, and not further processed, for the period established by the current provisions in civil and tax matters. The data processed for the satisfaction of the Customer will be kept by the Company for the period considered strictly necessary to achieve these purposes. However, the Company may continue to store such data for a longer period,
in order to deal with any disputes related to the provision of the service.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
According to GDPR 679/2016, the person concerned has the right of access (art. 15), right of rectification (art. 16), right of cancellation (art. 17), right of limitation of processing (art. 18), right of portability (art. 20), right of opposition (art. 21), right of opposition to automated decision-making (art. 22). In order to assert their rights, the interest party can contact the Data Controller specifying the subject of his request, the right that he intends to exercise and attaching a photocopy of an identity document confirming the legitimacy of the request to the following address:

REVOCATION OF CONSENT AND CLAIM PROPOSAL
The processing operations covered by this information are lawful and permitted, even in the absence of consent, as necessary for the execution of a contract to which the person is concerned. The person concerned has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the State of residence.
REFUSAL TO PROVIDE DATA
The data subject may not refuse to give the Data Controller the personal data necessary to comply with the legal rules governing commercial transactions and taxation. The provision of additional personal data may be necessary to improve the quality and efficiency of the transaction. Therefore, refusal to provide the data required by law will prevent the processing of orders; while the provision of further data may compromise in whole or in part the processing of other requests and the quality and efficiency of the transaction itself. Persons acting in the name and on behalf of legal persons may refuse to give their personal data to the Data Controller. The conferral of the personal data is however necessary for a correct and efficient management of the contractual relationship. Therefore, any refusal to give their personal data may compromise in whole or in part the contractual relationship itself. Regarding the data provided on the occasion of the online registration and the completion of the form "Contacts" the data subject may refuse to communicate the personal data to the Data Controller, as the contribution is optional. However, the fields indicated must be completed in order to register and have access to the reserved area and to be able to process the requests received.
AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING PROCESSES
The Data Controller does not carry out processing that consists of automated decision-making processes on data.

The Data Controller guarantees the security, confidentiality and protection of personal data in his possession, at any stage of the treatment process. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS INFORMATION
The Owner reserves the right to modify the content of this policy, in whole or in part, also due to changes in the Privacy policy.
